Linda Ronstadt released Hurt So Bad about the same time David did. Her's was a hit, his wasn't. Most stores didn't even stock his version. The US version was released with a B&W picture sleeve.
Japan issue (MCA Vim-1370) had color picture sheet with lyrics and liner notes. Picture was similar to German I Write the Songs sleeve.
