Released only as a cassette single in the US. B-side is a non-album track written and produced by David and Sue Shifrin. Enigma also released a promo cassette (EPRO-333) that had Lyin' To Myself repeated three times on each side. Cassette insert had B&W picture similar to LP cover shot. A CD single (EPRO-334) was also distributed.
German single, Lyin' To Myself / I'll Believe You Again, was released on vinyl with picture sleeve. Picture was same as US cassette single.
German maxi-single (20 4060 7) and CD single (20 4060 2) had Prisoner as an extra B-side track. Sleeves were same as US cassette single.
