Pop star David Cassidy backed away from two scheduled concerts in Frankfurt last month due to an extremely slack box-office showing. However, Cassidy's local recording representative at Polydor Records here say the singer will return in the fall now that his video series "The Partridge Family" has started its run on German TV.
