Teen idol David Cassidy and his manager Ruth Aarons are filing a lawsuit against Tony Palmer – a British music critic. It has to do with an article titled “The Cassidy Charade” which appeared in the Observer late spring. It was not a kind article, but David and Co. believe it was written because he turned down an offer to appear on a TV show which Palmer directed.
