"Blossom" (8:30 p.m., Channel 3) spoofs Madonna's "Truth or Dare" with an episode filmed in black-and-white; quasi-documentary style and filled with star cameos.
Blossom dreams that she is a recording star who is dating a film idol (played by Neil Patrick Harris of "Doogie Howser, M.D."). Her music video contains fleeting guest appearances by David Cassidy, Tori Spelling ("Beverly Hills, 90210"), Dinah Manoff, Jere Burns, David Faustino, Dick Clark, chef Wolfgang Puck and others.
