David Cassidy at Foxwoods

Despite the albatross of "The Partridge Family" hanging around his neck, or perhaps because of it, former Teen Hottie David Cassidy makes his way to the Foxwoods Resort Casino's Fox Theatre for a 9 p.m. concert Saturday.
Frequently overlooked in all the Partridge-ness is the fact that Cassidy has, for several years now, enjoyed a modestly successful career churning out credible pop-rock.
The title of one of his latest CDs, "Old Trick, New Dog," puts the whole thing into a self-effacingly amusing perspective.
