David Cassidy's "The Rat Pack Is Back!" will be back, according to Cassidy's attorney.
Co-producers Cassidy and Don Reo are "actively working on placing the show in other venues in New York and other cities throughout the United States," Cassidy's attorney, Michael J. McCue of Las Vegas, said Thursday.
McCue e-mailed to say the show was not disbanding, as stated here on Thursday.
Cassidy and Reo on Monday announced they were pulling the show out of the Supper Club on West 47th Street in New York City after a dispute. The show was to open this Monday after a month of previews.
On another front, the Supper Club and cast members of the show scheduled to replace the "Rat Pack" will face legal action, according to the producers of "The Tribute to Frank, Sammy, Joey and Dean," which has been playing the Greek Isles since early 2002.
Dick Feeney and Sandy Hackett said they will claim name infringement by the replacement group, which goes by "Frank, Dean and Sammy: Live In Concert."
