They've been driving young girls crazy for decades -- here are the most poster-in-the-bedroom-friendly lads of the past 50 years, from Elvis to David Cassidy to Duran Duran to the Jonas Brothers
DAVID CASSIDY
The Partridge Family heartthrob may have started out with a fictitious family band on television (alongside real-life stepmom Shirley Jones), but public demand soon transformed him into a real pop star, with three hit albums alone between 1975 and 1977. The Face That Launched a Thousand Lunch Boxes swung his way through singles like ''Cherish,'' ''Daydreamer,'' and ''Please Please Me,'' and even as late as 2001, he continued to appear on the music charts. Today, the now 58-year-old is slated to star this year on the ABC Family series Ruby and the Rockits alongside half-brothers Shaun and Patrick.
