This leads me to want to play 6 degrees of the Cassidy family and Supernatural
*David has a love child, Katie Cassidy who played Ruby on Supernatural.
*On the show Ruby and the Rockits, David has a love child named Ruby who is based off of Katie.
*Shaun Cassidy wrote this show for his brother's David and Patrick. Patrick was on a few episodes of Smallville. Jensen was on Smallville.
*Shaun Cassidy wrote the cult classic - American Gothic that starred Gary Cole who was on the Supernatural episode- Hollywood Babylon.
*Shaun Cassidy is the writer and producer for Ruby and the Rockits, he was also called in to write and produce a failing show a few years ago- Tarzan which was created by Eric Kripke.
*Shaun wrote for Tarzan which co-starred Mitch Pileggi- Skinner from the X-Files and then Mitch was in the episode In The Beginning.
*Shaun Cassidy was a Hardy Boy, and people have compared the Winchester Boys to the Hardy Boys- at least Jimmy Kimmel has.
Okay, I'll stop. I admit it- Shaun and David were my tween idol and teen idol. Loved them so. It's fun to think that they are working together. If you were like me and had them on your bedroom wall back in the day - you might want to catch GMA on Monday. Shaun, David and Patrick are going to appear together.

This show is truly a family affair- their little brother Ryan Cassidy is doing the set design. Shaun's daughter is doing makeup and Shirley Jones (Shaun's mom, David's step-mom) is planning to pop in and do a grandma/mom episode. :0)
