Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport isn't always a flashy hotbed of celebrity or paparazzi activity, but on Wednesday it will be as Virgin America welcomes its inaugural flights from San Francisco and L.A. with pomp, circumstance and Virgin President Sir Richard Branson. The arrival will be followed by a big party at the W Fort Lauderdale featuring Gilles Marini (Dancing with the Stars), Kayla Ewell (The Vampire Diaries), Sofia Milos (CSI: Miami), David Cassidy, DJ Phillip Luna and Santigold, who will be performing.
