'I think I love you!'
Back in the 1970s — long, long before Justin Bieber or the Jonas Brothers were born — one of the biggest pop sensations in the country was David Cassidy, aka Keith Partridge from the sitcom "The Partridge Family."
Unlike some of his contemporaries, Cassidy has maintained a solid career in entertainment since those days, with successful appearances on records, on television and on Broadway.
Cassidy will run through his hits during a special show at Drury Lane Oak Brook on Valentine's Day — a great way for baby boomers to relive the early days of their love.
Cassidy will perform at 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 14, at Drury Lane Oak Brook, 100 Drury Lane, Oakbrook Terrace. $55 per ticket; dinner packages available. Call (630) 530-0111 or go to drurylaneoakbrook.com.
