With "The Celebrity Apprentice" making its grand NBC debut on Sunday, a number of the celebrities are taking the time out to engage in some pre-show publicity to get the early excitement rolling.
One of these such people is David Cassidy, the longtime member of The Partridge Family who used to make girl crazy at pretty much every turn. Sound familiar to someone making music today? It should. Ironically, Cassidy was even asked in a new interview if he had any advice for 17-year old Justin Bieber. His response? To just follow your heart:
"But the advice I would give Justin Bieber is this: Do not work in this profession unless it's your passion. Whatever you choose to do, love what you do. And never, ever accept a job as a singer or an actor or a performer -- where the public has access to what you do -- for money.
"If you do good work, everything else will follow. What I find kind of fascinating now is that a lot of young people, it's not like they're following their careers. It's not, 'I want to do really good work.' It's about, 'I want to be really rich and famous.' And that is so different."
It's ultimately still to be seen for Cassidy -- who has had a bit of a difficult past twelve months due to some legal woes -- will be able to succeed in Donald Trump's boardroom. Bieber has also had some struggles recently, as he acted out at paparazzi following a dinner with rumored girlfriend Selena Gomez.
Do you think Justin should listen to anyone's advice anymore, and are you rooting for Cassidy on this show?
