"Celebrity Apprentice" opener, 9 p.m., NBC. The celebrity edition has one big flaw: Too many episodes merely reward people with big-money friends in New York. Still, there's a great contestant line-up. We soon see 140-pound David Cassidy wedged between dueling Richard Hatch and Jose Canseco, with other alpha males (Meat Loaf, Gary Busey) nearby. It's a strong start.
