David Cassidy to perform at 'Summer Paw Picnic'

Seventies heart-throb David Cassidy is coming to the Capital Region.
The former star of "The Partridge Family" will be performing at the Columbia-Greene Humane Society/SPCA Summer Paw Picnic.
It will be Saturday, August 6 at Waldorf Farm in North Chatham.
"We are most grateful to the Bilinskis for again hosting the picnic, our major fundraising event," said CGHS President Ron Perez Jr. in a statement. "We receive no government aid-federal, state or local-and we depend on donations and fundraisers to help more than a thousand unwanted or abused animals every year."
