He has always strenuously denied having any other surgery other than having the bags under his eyes removed.
And to make his point, after years of rumours that he has been under the surgeon's knife more than just the once, Seventies heartthrob David Cassidy proudly displayed his wrinkles as he arrived at the London studios today to film a segment on Loose Women.
The 62-year-old singer smiled as he waved at fans outside the studios - causing the skin around his eyes and chin to crinkle up.

Cassidy's appearance was in sharp contrast to the way he looked back in 2004, with his incredibly smooth and wrinkle-free complexion sparking debate among fans.
However, one thing that was particularly noticeable with Cassidy's appearance today was his incredible white teeth, and full head of hair, leading to speculation he may have had succumbed to having hair implants, although the singer has always been honest about his use of hair dye.
Cassidy has spoken previously about the surgery rumours, insisting he has only ever had the one procedure.

He said back in 2008: 'I look fine. I've had no surgery apart from an operation I had decades ago to remove the fat under my eyes. My mum looked 30 when she was 60, so I guess I owe it all to genes and hair dye.
'I was silver-white by the time I was 35, but having grey hair makes me look washed out. My wife and son have both said that grey hair doesn't suit me because I have a boyish face.
'It was a problem when I was 18 and looked about 12 but it's probably working to my advantage now.'
Cassidy is in the UK to promote the Once In A Lifetime tour, in which he is starring alongside Hot Chocolate, Leo Sayer and Smokie.
The shows run from the 9th to the 17th of November, and while Cassidy said he is looking forward to the tour, he admitted recently that he would never again sign up for a long-running stint.
He explained: 'I'm never going to retire and say, "This is it. This is my last show." I will not go on tour - I promised my wife and son no more than two weeks on the road.
'I am out doing one-nighters. The old body just doesn't want to do more than three or four gigs - four is the most I'll do consecutively.
'You're travelling all day and you're performing at night. You get up and they're repacking your stuff.'
