At Easter 2006 I saw on davidcassidy.com that he was coming to the Soaring Eagle in Mt. Pleasant, Mi. I was so excited! I just had to go and see him!
Ticket's went on sale 11-4-06 @ 8:00 A.M. We were second in line. Front row cost $38.00. It was well worth it!
The band started warming up. Everyone started yelling DAVID! DAVID! He came out and said "HELLO MI. Man it's great being here!" My heart was going a mile a min.
David & I were wearing white shirt & black pants. A friend of mine had made me a David Cassidy sweatshirt.
I took my book C'mon Get Happy and ask David if he'd sign it and he did.
I'll cherish that forever!
They had the bus from the show there and let everyone get in it. It was really cool looking.
December 29, 2006 was the best night of my life. I'll remember it forever. What a wonderful way to end 2006.
