David attended the filming of the special episode, but he, along with celebrities Burgess Meredith, Brenda Vaccaro, Yul Brynner, Nancy McKeon, Dyan Cannon, Lesley Ann Warren, Michelle Phillips, Maren Jensen, Jane Seymour, Shari Lewis, Rudy Vallee, Penelope Milford, Martin Mull, Tim Matheson, and Shields and Yarnell, did not appear on camera in the final cut.
