Memorial Bench - Hammersmith Park
A plaque has been placed on a bench in Hammersmith Park in honour of David Cassidy by his fans. The area is West London, near White City, BBC studios, Heathrow, Richmond and Knightsbridge, all of which is representative to David's time in London.
A donation to the British Thoroughbred Retraining Centre was also made in his name.
A time capsule has been buried in the Japanese Garden. The time capsule contents includes many David Cassidy memorabilia items and some special items from tributes and charities supported in David's memory. This was put together with the permission and help of the Japanese garden volunteers. A rose was also planted near the time capsule called "Precious Lives", commemorating the Children's Hospice South West.
