Filming for Episode 1 of the 2011 season started on October 19, 2010. David, along with the other male contestants had to raise money by selling Pizza. The following photographs are from this event.
David was joined by Sugar Ray lead singer Mark McGrath, Survivor winner Richard Hatch, former baseball slugger Jose Canseco, musician Meat Loaf, actor Gary Busey, country musician John Rich and rapper Lil' Jon at the pizza joint's Broadway and 8th Street, N.Y. from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
