The entire casts of both the long-running situation-comedy shows reunited to give up-to-date information on their current activities. Executive producer was Dick Clark.
David sang Strengthen My Love and As Time Goes By during the show. Shirley sang He Touched Me. Screen shots from David singing "As Time Goes By" are below.
Susan Dey was invited, of course, but sent a videotape instead.
David Cassidy auctioned, in December 2006, a 104 page My Three Sons-Partridge Family hardbound final draft script dated October 28, 1977. The script contained final material used during the Thanksgiving reunion show.
